Returns & Exchanges: The Harrison Family Commitment

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your handcrafted item to request a return or exchange. The delivery date confirmed by the courier is considered the official receipt date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Requests made after the 30-day period cannot be accepted, as we move through the final stages of our closing sale.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please email our family directly at info@louisflorence.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and email address
  • Request type: Refund or Exchange?
  • Reason for the request
  • Photo Evidence: Clear photos showing any defects (if applicable).

Our team will assess your request and provide personal instructions if approved.

Important Return Conditions

Return Shipping Fees

As we are in our final closing phase, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return (including defective or incorrect items). We do not provide pre-paid labels.

International Shipping Note

Items must be returned to our central warehouse in China. Please be aware that international shipping costs typically start from $30+ USD depending on your location and courier. A valid tracking number is mandatory for all returns; refunds cannot be processed without verifiable proof of delivery.

Subjective Perceptions & Fit

We provide high-resolution images and detailed size charts to help you choose. Please understand:

  • Color Variance: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. This is not a defect.
  • Personal Preference: Returns based on fit, feel, or material texture are considered subjective and must still follow the standard return process and fees.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a piece of the Harrison legacy that is damaged upon arrival, we want to make it right immediately.

  • 24-Hour Window: You must email info@louisflorence.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Include clear photos of the damage.
  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. Per our closing policy, the customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is sent to our warehouse:

  1. 3–4 Weeks: Estimated shipping time to our warehouse.
  2. Up to 2 Weeks: Inspection and processing upon arrival.
  3. Final Credit: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
